OPA ASEF Scholarship Now Open for Applications​

The Raymond Meyer Memorial Scholarship (RMMS) is an annual scholarship providing financial assistance to train for pilot certificates, ratings and endorsements. This year, the scholarship award will be $2,000.

The Scholarship runs from March 1- May 1. Applications will be reviewed, and finalists will be interviewed in May. The winner will be announced during the first week of June.

​03/21/2025:  Please note that this posting constitutes the required 30-days' notice for the 2025 OPA Annual Meeting, to be held on Saturday June 7th, 2025, in the Conference Room, Hillsboro Airport, Hillsboro, Oregon

February 2025:

• Elections to board position will be advertised in February, and a special meeting for elections will be held (date TBD).

• The February OPA Board Meeting will take place on Saturday February 1st, 2025 - see details below.

• OPA members are invited to attend in person, but please let me know in advance for numbers (sbateman7799@gmail.com)

• We currently do not have the ability for members to join remotely - working on it.

​Location:    B-17 Alliance Museum & Restoration Hangar C, 3278 25th St SE, Salem.  (https://b17alliance.com).  The meeting will be held in the library - upstairs to the left.

(Suggested donation of $10 per person if you visit the museum).
